APS-U HDG

The APS-U Heading Receiver is configured to provide GNSS Heading and RTK Position within a rugged aluminum housing to serve a variety of applications that require accurate heading and position.

The APS-U HDG receiver has a modular design with dual GNSS antennae systems for precise Heading and position within seconds after startup.

In addition to RTK, the APS-U HDG also features L-Band corrections from TERRASTAR for 10 cm position accuracy utilizing Precise Point Positioning without the use of local base stations or RT networks.

GNSS Heading may be used on a variety of installations including construction machines, mapping vehicles, hydrographic survey vessels, and dredging vessels.

APS-U HDG Applications

With Altus’s open architecture philosophy, the user has the choice of data output to peripheral equipment utilizing standard NMEA v2.30 messages or designing a custom application.
Moreover, with the web interface on board, the user simplifies operation by storing and recalling configuration profiles for typical applications.
